We accept the following methods of payment: American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Debit Cards and Discover®. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks; these will have to clear our bank before your order is shipped, delivered or picked up.
All items to be paid in full upon order placement. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.

If you wish to pick up your merchandise, MA Sales Tax will apply. You can indicate this in the Special Instructions box located at the bottom of the Checkout page.
We strive to be hands on with our customers to ensure they receive purchases in the best manner possible. Every Leonard's purchase and delivery is unique.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping/delivery of antiques and in-stock items.
Please allow 12-16 weeks for custom build and delivery of reproduction items.
Standard Ground Service indicates packed goods delivered to your door. It does not include unpacking, placement in your home or assembly. A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and best method to ship your purchase.
IN-HOME (WHITE GLOVE) DELIVERY & SETUP
Local In-Home Delivery indicates blanket-wrapped service by our own trucks within our local delivery areas which include most of New England, New York & New Jersey. This includes assembly and room placement. A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and related delivery costs.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery indicates blanket-wrapped service by select carriers with whom we've established long-term relationships for deliveries outside our local delivery areas. This includes assembly and room placement. A Leonards Sales associate would be happy to assist you with information regarding the anticipated shipping time and related delivery costs.
Fragile Items For delivery of fragile pieces such as lamps, mirrors, artwork and glass-front cabinets, please contact a sales associate for information regarding the safest delivery method.
International Shipments can be arranged anywhere. Please contact a sales associate to discuss shipping options.
At Leonards New England, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture – both antique and reproduction. We are committed customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately of your intention to return an item. Pieces may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery or store purchase. After 7 and within 30 days of delivery or store purchase, pieces may be returned for merchandise credit only. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom items must be paid in full before order placement. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of defects or damages.
SALE & CONSIGNMENT ITEMS
Sale and consignment items are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Store credit may be used on full-priced items only. Store credit can not be used on sale, consignment or custom items.
