Many faux bamboo beds were made throughout Europe in the late 19th century, usually in smaller sizes. We found a bed in England and did a bit of re-proportioning to suit today's bedding. Crafted in Spanish Cedar, our "bamboo" surrounds handsome Tiger Maple or Birdseye Maple panels and forms the sturdy framework that meets our construction standards. Available as a complete bed or as a headend only. Please inquire about a custom quote on a painted finish, as shown in the last photograph.
